Betty was a fantastic agent to work with from start to finish and beyond. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the guidelines for living on the lake. She has a relationship with the Corp of Engineers, which helped to get all of our questions answered during the due diligence period. She also provided contacts for a handy man, yard service and dock repair, as well as recommendations for local eating establishments since we were new to the area. Betty doesn't stop working for you once the sale is complete. We have contacted her multiple times since the closing and she has always been quick to take our calls, answer our questions and assist us in anyway we needed. We would highly recommend using Betty for any future real estate needs.
