In the details! Betty and Liz do their work before the public sees the property. Staging, pre-marketing, strategizing, previewing. They sold two properties for us. Both properties had full price offers on the first day of open house showings. After the offers were accepted, they keep the pressure on the Buyer's team to make sure the closing is kept on schedule. They minimized what could otherwise be a stressful process. Thank you!
