We really enjoyed working with Betsy ❤️My husband and I were slow to get started because we were in and out of town but Betsy was patient and understanding and she did not let that slow us down. She put technology (app) to work and that helped us gain traction. She also toured properties for us via video until we made it back to Tennessee. Her responsiveness was great! If she didn’t pickup, she would callback within 15 minutes We are not first time homebuyers. We put Betsy through a variety of situations because we are over 55 and this would be our 10th home purchase so our expectations were high and our needs and wants were specific. She frequently sent us matches for exactly what we were looking for but we kept saying no😂 but she never blinked! We went under contract 3x and she negotiated her butt off but something would happen and we would fall out of love with the house and still she didn’t blink! As I said earlier, she is a patient professional agent! She is knowledgeable about the local areas we were interested in and what’s up and coming. I also appreciated her networking skills because we were able to view a handful of houses before they went on the market. Once we found our home, Betsy made the magic happen! She will work with you to make your wants and needs a reality. We were all over the place and Betsy did not miss a step. Look, if I purchase another home I’m calling Betsy. I recommend you do the same!!
