Betsy came as a recommendation through my Mom, who had recently found a rental through her and had glowing recommendations. We are so thankful to Betsy for selling our Germantown, MD condo in record speed. We live in Oregon, and had been renting out our condo for over 5 years. Our tenant's lease ended on June 15th, and we decided to put the condo on the market.
