Betsy Ibarra

Mrs. Ibarra was extremely helpful and kind. From the get go, she was very knowledgeable and attentive. She never let an email go by without responding to it (and let me tell you, I emailed her A LOT). I am very grateful that she was the agent helping us find our home. My partner and I are very picky, so it took some time finding the right place for us. However, Betsy took her time and made sure that she showed us plenty of rental properties to make sure that we got what we wanted. No matter if it was late during the week or really early during the weekend, she made time to show us houses. She was always available. Betsy not once complained or made it seem as if I was being annoying (which I probably was, given the amount of texts and emails I sent her). I've had other encounters with agents before and none of them were as impressive as Betsy. I personally get nervous and weird around new people, but Betsy did not make me feel that way at all. It was as if I was dealing with a friend. Not many people have that quality or give off that vibe. If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind real estate agent...Betsy Ibarra is the person to contact.

Around late October I started looking for rental homes and found one along Burvede, that is when I contacted Mrs. Ibarra and scheduled a time to see that house. When we met she was very kind and helpful. She also recomended other houses for me to see and even followed up very often. She would send me emails almost everyday listing houses for both rent and sale. And when I would send an email or text message she would reply in no time. Mrs. Ibarra has been so kind and helpful to both me and my husband and we truly appreciate her hard work with us to find our next home. In the future, if I ever was to move or know anyone who will need a realator, I would without a doubt recommend and direct to Mrs Ibarra.

Betsy did an exceptional job finding homes for us to see within our limits. She always returned our phone calls and text messages right away, and kept us informed on the homes coming on the market daily. Once we selected our home, she processed our paperwork and kept us informed daily on how everything was proceeding. We had a specific day we needed to close on, which she coordinated with the seller to insure it occurred as scheduled. During the the entire process Betsy became a dear friend that we could count on and would recommend her to anyone.
