Besty was amazing. A good friend of mine recommended Betsy after my parents were dealing with an agent who didn't seem to want to work for us the sellers, and just wanted to work for the buyers. After seeing what my parents were going through with the other agent, I spoke with my friend who then recommended Betsy. Betsy was eager to make all of us at ease after we discussed our concerns. She was able to see our house within the first showing which by the way, during off-peak season where the last agent said she couldn't do. She communicated every step of the way and was always available to answer any concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend Betsy if you are in the market to sell your house. Betsy is the only agent I worked with to sell my townhouse in Aberdeen that I did not fire. Being in a newer development & having high expectations, I found it very difficult to work with agents I hired previously until I read about Betsy. Not only did she sell my house during "off-season" (March) when other agents were unable to during the popular buying/selling times, she also went out of her way to stage my home which no other realtor I worked with had done. Although it's a new home & being an OCD neat freak it does not look lived in, Betsy went the extra mile when no one else did. I ended up with a total of 3 offers on the house & upon accepting one of the offers with a quick turn around time Betsy made sure all the T's were crossed and I's were dotted to ensure a smooth closing. Even with some last minute "nuances" Betsy held this sale together while making sure I stayed calm & in the end all worked out. I would HIGHLY refer Betsy as THE ONLY AGENT you should work with in Harford County as she stands in a class of her own.
