I give Bethe the highest accolades for her skills and acumen in selling my condo in a very tough COVID-19 market. My condo had been languishing on the market for several months, enduring multiple price drops as the competition in my building and neighborhood increased. Bethe came into the picture and found a buyer in a few weeks. She gave fresh eyes to the property and skillfully managed many unseen obstacles that popped up (a massive leak from the unit above, a last minute plumbing repair just hours before a final walk-through) all with a cool, calm efficiency.
