I heard about Bethany from a very good friend who highly recommended her. From the first moment I spoke with Bethany over the phone she was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We where looking to rent for a year then purchase a home once we learned the area, we where from out-of-state. Since we had very little time to find a rental Bethany even helped us since we where going to rent sight unseen. Once in Florida, she would check with us to make sure everything was going well and then we finally got to meet her. Bethany was even more pleasant in person. Just the right balance of professionalism but yet welcoming and warm. At that meeting, she not only talked to us about our wishes for a house but also talked to us about the area and things to do. Some of the places she talked about has become our favorites. Once we started to look for houses Bethany was always quick and very knowledgeable. After looking at many homes over a few months she helped us to find our new home. We love it! The best part of the whole process was not only gaining a realtor but gaining a friend.
