Bethany Alexander

Bethany is quite frankly the best agent you could ever have. She is honest, straightforward, and hardworking. She makes sure you don’t overpay for a property, is an excellent negotiator, and is an excellent person. She rode the ins-and-outs of the market for three years until we finally landed our home. We couldn’t have done any of it without Bethany.

I dont know how many homes Bethany took me to over the course of months, but she was very patient with me. When my home came on the market, she was out of town, way out of town. She handled it perfectly from a distance, talked me through the process from beginning to end. I really dont think another Realtor is out there as good as Bethany!

I am a very demanding person and expect a lot from a realtor. Bethany exceeded our expectations in every regard! Bethany truly listened to what we were looking for, was very thorough but never pushy, and once we found the property we wanted, she was there for us throughout the entire negotiation, inspection, remediation, and closing process. And since this was a new locale for us she even provided us with information as to contacts and services in the area! Bethany continues to follow-up just to be sure we have everything we need in our new home! I am completely comfortable and confident in recommending Bethany!
