Beth helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent communicator and super knowledgeable in her field of expertise.

From the moment we met with Beth and shared what we were looking for, she found us the home exactly to our specifications and based on her guidance and negotiation, we literally were able to close in a month. She made the experience of home buying so smooth and easy which was so appreciated as it’s been over 35 years since we purchased our first home and many laws and regulations have changed since then. We highly recommend Beth Walden to anyone looking for a realtor who not only is knowledgeable but will always act in the best interests of her clients which is second to none.
