Beth is an incredible real estate professional this is able to make a very complex process seem simple. She has a true understanding of the real estate market and marketing strategies that result in a fantastic outcome for the seller. Her guidance throughout the process is top notch.
I worked with Beth to purchase a three family property in Scranton. Since I live out of state, she was my eyes, ears, and boots on the ground throughout the entire transaction. I felt comfortable trusting her every step of the way, and her service was outstanding.
Beth is amazing at her job. After being misled and misinformed on several occasions for over six months with other realtors, Beth was an oasis in the housing search desert. She was extremely upfront about everything and answered any of the questions that did arise, which were few, because of how thorough she was from the beginning. We were even able to close sooner than projected due to her diligence and supurb communication throughout the process. I cannot imagine buying a house going any smoother thanks to her. If you want to save time and energy, while working with someone who is kind and considers you and your family as a people, give Beth a call. She'll help you get into your new home.

Beth is the best agent I have ever worked with on a real estate deal. From the moment that I met her, she has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She knows the area and helps you meet your goals, whether it’s as an investor or home buyer. From the very beginning, she sent me detailed emails on properties and why she thought they would meet my goals. I didn’t have to do anything because she took care of everything. I just showed up with the check to sign. She truly is amazing! And I give her the highest recommendation!
