Beth was an absolute joy to work with, and we know we got the best home for us because of her help. She was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in, and was quick to point out things that wouldn't work for us (busy intersections, well water, lack of sidewalks, etc.) Pointing out things like this that we were missing made me feel she was making sure we got a great home for our needs, and wasn't just looking for a quick turnaround. Cheerful, helpful, and understanding, she always let us direct the tours of the homes we were looking at. I think what was most impressive was that she was the one that selected the home we have now purchased. The online pictures didn't jump out at us, so we had put the house in our "No" pile. But Beth was paying attention to what we liked and didn't like at other homes, and brought this one back to our attention. When we decided to go look at it based on her suggestion, we fell in love! It was exactly what we were looking for, and we would've passed it up if Beth wouldn't have found it again for us. She was also right along with us through contract negotiations, inspections, plumbing work, and the closing madness. We felt like we had someone on our team the whole time. We are so so appreciative of all of her help, and will be recommending her to everyone else we know who is looking to buy!

Beth was professional, informative and AMAZING! We were going to list a few years ago, but decided to stay. When we changed our mind, Beth was there every step of the way. And with two kids (12 and 15) and three dogs, it was not an easy process. Many balls in the air, yet Beth managed to ease our minds with grace and patience!
