After Mom and Dad passed, we had to sell the farm that had been in the family for over 50 years and was now in a trust. So it was a sentimental affair - letting the farm go. After a bad experience with another realtor/another firm, we were very fortunate to find Beth. She is a hands on , compassionate professional who guided us through the selling process and kept us on track with due dates and inspection requirements. She knew town ordinances and requirements and provided that information for us. (The other realtor told us that we had to go to the township hall ourself and find out the requirements .... she wouldn't do that for us!) At one point Beth even loaned us her own dehumidifier!
