Beth reassured us at every turn and went to bat for us several times. With her positive attitude and proactive approach, she was able to get us multiple offers on the first day our house was listed. We ended up selling for $10K over list price on the first day! The agent representing the buyers of our home was a real pain to say the very least, but Beth handled the guy like a champ.
