Beth Smith

We just bought our dream home for far less than what we expected to pay, in a highly competitive Atlanta market, and I truly believe that the biggest reason we got it was our decision to work with Beth Smith. As a first time homebuyer, there is a lot to know and learn and Beth was always more than happy to educate us and be patient with us as we learn. She answered every question and made sure we really understood. Beth found the house we eventually bought and sent it to us, but it was out of our price range. While we were on vacation Beth reached out to us saying she thought we could get that house down into our price range, and lo and behold she did it! We are still shocked at the deal we got and the amazing home we got for that deal. We are so grateful to our wonderful new friend Beth Smith, and I would highly recommend working with her to anyone.
