We met Beth in an open house she did. We arrived after the open house ended. We saw Beth out collecting the open house signs. We asked if we can still see it. Beth smiled and said sure. She spent about 25 -30 minutes with us as she just started the open house. she didn't rush us out, provide all the info, and was very pleasant. About a week later we talk again and came up with some other properties for us to see. We end up buying one property, She was very helpful and she is a great communicator. Her no time for response to text and emails was great. Yes we are already working with her on another property we need in the next month or so.
