This is the 2nd time I have put my house on the market. I was very leery since my first Realtor didn't do anything he had promised. Beth was amazing. She took the time to listen and understand my situation and my needs. She came over and helped me to get some thing done around the house I couldn't do myself. She brought in a professional photographer to take pictures and was there to stage every room for every picture. She pre-marketed the house for 2 months. The first day the house was listed, we had 5 people make appt for the next day. I had more people look at my house the 1st day then I did the entire time it was listed the first time. That shows what a difference it makes having a realtor that has your best interest at heart. Due to circumstances that came up, I had to take my house of the market, but when things change and I can sell it, she will be the first call I make.
