Details and thoroughness for every aspect.
Beth nailed the listing with highlighting all the details of the house and did not miss any aspect that would draw a potential buyer in. Beth made the process simple with thorough communication and proactive planning. She was always ahead of any potential paperwork that needed to be completed and always was quick to anticipate and questions as they arose. With multiple offers before going live on the MLS with could not be happier. We highly recommend Beth and appreciate her hard work.

Thank you so much for your kind words Glenn! I'm happy to hear that you appreciated the attention to detail in your listing and found the process smooth and simple! It was a pleasure working with you to showcase your beautiful home, and I’m delighted that the effort led to multiple offers while "Coming Soon" before going "Active" on MLS listing. Thank you again for your recommendation!
