We have been working with Beth for a few years and the experience is always in incredible and beyond what we expect because Beth goes beyond what is ever asked of us and points area’s of concern that we did not see. Why anyone would go to another realtor we do not understand. I do not write reviews, but our experience with Beth deserves others to know. Thanks Beth very much!
Beth is a great realtor to work with! We first sat down with Beth in early January. From then, up until we closed, Beth was there with us every step of the way. She has a bias for action and made sure we were completely informed. Looking back, there was so much that Beth did for us. We recommend Beth without reservation to anyone in the market for a house, condo, etc.. Thanks, Beth!
Beth was referred to us by my Aunt, so immediately we were very comfortable knowing she helped family. Her professionalism and knowledge was unmatched to any realtor agent we’ve spoken/worked with before. It’s our first time purchasing a lot and building on it but Beth made the process so smooth. We were in California when we first coordinated with her and she still helped us and answered our 100 questions at any time of day, even while she was making dinner on a random weekday!! I’d refer her to everyone I meet because I know she is thorough and truly loves what she does! Thank you so much for helping us build our dream home, even with our long list of needs you made sure to make it happen!!
Our experience with Beth as our Realtor was supremely superb and professional in all respects. We've worked with Beth on two other occasions as buyers and so this was our first experience working with her as our Listing Agent. Her working knowledge of the market, listing advise and marketing/staging of our home was well thought out and spot on. We appreciated how patient and accommodating Beth was with us even with the timezone difference. She's a machine (with a huge heart) and wouldn't allow us to drop the ball in any respect. We would highly recommend Beth for all of your Real Estate needs - hands down!
She has assisted our family purchase and sale 8 properties during the past decade. She has always served us well. She knows the market well, provides excellent advice and is an exceptional communicator. As you can see we highly recommend her!
We just closed on the second home Beth has helped us to purchase in Mooresville. She was always available to answer our questions or show us a home, even making arrangements with another realtor so we could view a house while she was out of town. She's very experienced and knowledgeable about the market, and we appreciated her suggestions. We were pretty particular about what we were looking for, but she was patient and we never felt pressured to make an offer. Beth is just a complete professional who also cares about her clients and wants to help them find exactly the home they are looking for.
We had a great experience working with Beth. She asked us great questions to figure out what we were looking for and needed, offered good advice, and helped get us into the home that was right for us.
As a fellow realtor it was evident that Beth was on top of her game. Her communication and drive for her clients was top notch. I enjoyed working with her.
Beth has sold two homes for us and we have always appricieated her willingness to go above and beyond. Her tenacity is unmatched when it come to being a top rated agent always working in your best interest and good advice at the right time as you go through the process of selling or acquiring a home
Beth absolutely goes the extra mile and even further! She empowers first time home buyers with her knowledge and expertise. She really honed in on our unique home needs and delivered! I can’t thank her enough for her guidance and support throughout the home buying process. Beth is the best!
Beth is professional, knowledgeable, and has great communication skill! I enjoy working with her, and she helped me to get the great offer! She is great!
This was my first time buying a house and I was nervous about the whole process but Beth made everything super easy for me!! Not only that, this was a last minute decision and I didn’t have much time until my lease was up on my apartment but in less than a month after meeting Beth I was handed the keys to my first home. One of my coworkers referred her to me telling me she was the best in the business and he wasn’t lying!
