The hardest part when buying a home using Beth Peele as your agent is writing a proper review that captures how incredible she is. If you decide to use Beth Peele I guarantee you will find yourself wanting to use a thesaurus because you can only use the word awesome so many times in one sentence. She really makes the whole process seem easy. I should admit that this is my third house buying experience and while my last two realtors were good I always felt like I was doing the heavy lifting when it came to finding the house. When I decided to buy my new house a colleague from work insisted I call Beth Peele and kept raving about his experience. From the first call I could tell why he recommended her so highly. She was amazingly efficient in asking the right questions and showed a real dedication to finding me the perfect home. I was shocked to receive an email about five minutes later with a list of houses that had exactly what I was asking to see. It always seemed that Beth was two steps ahead of any question I had. I never had to wait to hear back from Beth and she seemed to always be available when I wanted to go see a house. Another great thing about Beth is her patience. I have to admit that I went back and forth about what type of house I wanted and Beth always responded to my indecision with a smile. Beth is the type of agent who will run out in the dark of night to verify the HVAC is only 5 years old. She is the first to look for any pipe or plumbing issue so that you won't be surprised after you close. In the end Beth was able to get me everything I wanted and more without me having to ask. Beth takes all the stress out of the house buying process. Again I can't find enough superlatives to describe working with Beth Peele. Simply put Beth Peele is one amazing agent.
Beth is the best realtor EVER! She knows the ins and outs of the business and with her guidance we sold our house in less then 48 hours! Without her we would not have been able to do that! Having a unique financial situation, I was worried about how difficult the home buying process was going to be for me, but Beth was amazing. Patient, resourceful, attentive, flexible, caring, honest; those are all words I'd use to describe her. I work a 9-5 job in downtown Raleigh and she would consistently work around my schedule when we were being shown homes. When it came down to putting an offer in, she hit the sweet spot of having my offer be the preferred one and I don't feel like I paid too much for my home. Once we were under contract she had answers to every question that came up. Once the home purchase was done, she was still there being helpful. I can't recommend Beth enough if you're looking to buy or sell a property in the RTP area.
