As clients of Beth & now first-time homeowners because of her we cannot give her a better recommendation! We were renting a house from a property management company and became so in love with the property & location near the beach we decided we absolutely had to buy it to have as our own. Keep in mind that this property was not on the market or for sale. So we contacted Beth to see if she could help us out since we had no idea who even owned the property.
