My husband and I decided to move to Panama City Beach from out of state which brings a lot of challenges to buying a home. Beth used her friendly expertise and technology to help us find our dream home. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area (something we were not) and helped us find a beautiful home in a price range we were comfortable with. She would FaceTime us for showings when we were unavailable to be there in person and kept us up to date will all of the current listings via email. We always felt like a priority and trusted her to help us through this unfamiliar territory. She is an excellent negotiator and kept us informed whenever anything came up. Home buying can be an ugly process but Beth made the entire thing enjoyable. We cannot say enough great things about Beth and her assistance with us in purchasing a villa in PCB. Living in another state made it even more imperative that we have a 5-star real estate agent to help us. Beth was always prompt with responses, very thorough and knowledgeable, she was persistent in getting us answers, available anytime we needed her to be (since we had a very limited and specific schedule that we could come to town), and ready to go the extra mile (literally and figuratively). She communicated in the manner we preferred (which often had to be via text), gave us a video tour of places since we could see in person, measured rooms, took photos, and so much more to help us get through this process as informed as possible. If you are looking to make a purchase (or sell property) in the PCB area, it can be daunting trying to find the right person to help you. (Especially if you reside outside of the area.) She sold my duplex on Panama City Beach. Closed yesterday, Feb. 21, 2018. We had 2 good offers the first day she showed the property. She has excellent contacts with buyers. Never looked back. She is very easy to work with. I highly recommend her. Now, she's going to sell our house. She made excellent recommendations for small improvements to the house to make it more attractive but at the same time told me to back off when I suggested more than she felt was needed. Well done!

Beth did a great job in finding me a condo that I could afford. I'm from Washington state and flew down to Panama City Beach to find a condo. I had 2 weeks to find something. Going in I told Beth my plans and we began looking. We looked at many places but nothing that I could afford. Beth kept telling me that we will find something. Two days before I left back to Washington Beth text me and said I think we found what your looking for. Sure enough it was the place and I bought it. Beth has a great personality, genuine and honest. She will work hard for you and is very knowledgeable of the local real estate market. I would recommend Beth to anyone serious about real estate.
