Beth Miller and Dawn Criswell have made this entire process so easy. I would never use another company or agent. I can't be happier with Cutler. Beth answers my calls. emails, and texts quickly and does it day or night. What a tremendous asset to your company.
Beth dealt very well with an unusually "picky" buyer. I was close to calling the deal off because he seemed unreasonable to me, but she was very skilled and calm throughout and finally appeased him, so that we could close the deal.
Absolutely the best customer service by Beth Miller. She made me feel like a cherished member of her family.
Beth Miller is kind, patient, understanding, thorough, and always professional. She was great to work with, and would recommend her highly to others. She listens to her customers and makes sure she understands their needs. Beth is an awesome person and now a good friend our family.
Beth was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and also listens to what her customers needs are to make sure they are met.

She helped to ease our anxiety during a stressful time and made our transition much smoother and easier. We offer our sincere thanks and appreciation for all of her hard work and dedication.
Beth is fantastic! She helped us through the process on our first home and this time she helped us not only buy, but sell our current home. She's is always so quick to respond to my many questions and she got us in to see houses quickly. Anytime we hear someone is trying to buy or sell a house we immediately recommend Beth!
Buying or selling, Beth will get it done! Beth is the best in the business!! She was able to make time to meet us even with our crazy 12 hour + work days & nights. She helped us pick the house we purchased for a great price and getting everything fixed before we signed on the dotted line. Beth also provided assistance in teaching us on how to dress up & price a home we were selling. She was right on the money with the comps. She sold it in 9 Days!
We have had Beth help us sell and buy before and there is no one else that we would have help us!!! She works so well with our family and does everything she can to help out!
