Despite having numerous friends in the real estate business in north county san diego, we were assigned Beth through Zillow after inquiring about a property. She is AMAZING at what she does and is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and real estate in general. She works with a diligent team who accompanies her and ensures that clients are seeing every detail about a property and making sure they are getting the most value. The most appreciated factor was Beth's availability. She makes herself available essentially all hours of the day to her clients to keep communication consistent, progressive, and timely. She responded to text messages from me around my double-job work schedule and made sure to get us answers to questions as quickly as humanly possible. She engaged with my children throughout the buying process and even gifted them with some new home gifts upon moving in. She is patient, humble, incredibly kind, and always smiling. We have and will continue to recommend Beth to EVERYONE we know who may be considering a new home.
