Beth Lynah-Vickers is more than a realtor. She is a thoughtful, helpful, supportive, honest and kind human being. I mention this first because the sale of our family home was much more than just selling a house. When it came time to let go of our family home I immediately had in my mind how I wanted to proceed. The fist thing I imagined was myself writing the story of the family home since 2002. I wanted to include how the past 17 years had unfolded, the good and the challenging. I wanted the new owners to be a family and for them to know the honest history of the home they would hopefully live in for many decades to come. One of the first things that Beth asked me was if I would mind writing a family history of the home that she would present at the open house in a special booklet!!! I knew right then we had made the right choice in our realtor! We were on the same page from the get go! Another remarkable thing was that we were not in Savannah for the majority of the time Beth handled this sale. She managed all the details with us being away. I don't know of another realtor who would have been as expert and accommodating as Beth. In addition, she taught us about selling a home in today's market, eased our worries over and over and answered hundreds of our questions via phone, e-mail and text. The point to this long story is that I have been involved in the purchase or sale of 8 homes in the course of my adult lifetime. In all that time there was not one realtor or any other person who came anywhere close to having the talent, the spunkiness, the grit, the honesty and the integrity of Beth Lynah-Vickers. This is what I call a great agent. She makes you feel like you have been friends forever. Very professional and knows her stuff. We were very picky buyers that knew what we wanted but didn’t know how to explain and she figured it out. Anyone that knows us would tell you that’s a milestone of what she did. Beth was beyond amazing and awesome. We had a very short timeline due to a military move and Beth made it happen so we closed on the exact date we had hoped. We were very fortunate to have Beth Lynah as our realtor. Our sale wasn't the easiest for her, as it was an estate sale that was tied up in Probate Court. To make matters even more difficult, we live in Philadelphia, so Beth was our only lifeline in Savannah. I don't know how we could have accomplished all we did in such a short amount of time, but through Beth's determination and hard work, we sold, probated, and settled within 3 months.
