Our experience was extremely poor due to lack of communication, poor management, and Beth’s overall knowledge of technology capabilities offered by Coldwell Banker. Beth explained she was ill after coming to our home for photos and did not let us know prior to. With COVID, we would have appreciated a warning so we could tell her to stay home. Beth then turned our sale over to her colleague without any explanation of next steps. From there, Beth was “out of the picture” and we had to work with a representative who we believe could care less about our listing. That was another situation within itself, but I will exclude that from my review for Beth. When it was time for Beth to get paid, she was suddenly back in the picture and readily available. Beth came to the closing for her payment, but failed to bring the buyers their keys. This whole experience was a disappointment. Overall, we are recommending to not got with Beth or Coldwell Banker.

We loved working with Beth! She’s a great agent. She explained everything in details which made the communication so much easier for us, especially during this pandemic.
