Beth was very professional and handled all of the processing of my Condo sale quickly and efficiently. She had all the connections for the miscellaneous closing procedures like plumbing fixes to smoke detectors to cleaning service. Beth worked diligently on getting the best offer possible and worked with a great escrow company as well. Everything was easy, smooth and timely. She is honest, nice, and a good person as well as being a good real estate agent.

Beth helped sell my condo in downtown LA earlier this year. I would highly recommend her for two main reasons. First, she is highly attuned to your needs and keeps them in the forefront of the selling/buying process. There is no doubt that she is YOUR agent and has your best interests in mind. Second, her experience in the market and ability to deal with different personalities is a huge plus. She knew exactly who to talk to when potential buyers had questions related to the HOA for example and she expertly navigated through, and dealt with, a wide variety of personalities, both buyers and their agents. On a related note, I not able to sell my condo it initially listed. This was no fault of Beth - the market in downtown LA went to @#$^ unfortunately while it was blowing up everywhere else during the pandemic. I waited a couple of months after the initial listing ended and signed a second listing agreement with her. I had developed enough trust with her to have no doubt that she would get the job done. Ultimately she got us a buyer shortly after we listed for the second time.
