My husband, in the beginning, received emails from Beth showcasing houses in the Outer Banks that were in our price range. I did not look at them until we had put our house on the market; then I was added to her emails. Beth was so personable the first time we met her. She was so prepared with all the information about each of the houses we were going to look at that day- though we were not successful finding something then. With each house, she was able to offer advice, suggestions and answered all of our questions. We kept in contact frequently between visits from the Peninsula to the Outer Banks. When we finally found a home that we both fell in love with, she knew all the steps involved in acquiring the house (it had been 30 years since we had purchased a house). She had the knowledge of local codes/regulations, contractors, inspectors, lawyer, appraisers, an insurance company, etc. She coordinated all the appointments and estimates for repairs from the inspection. Beth would provide constant updates and reminders of crucial decisions that needed to be made throughout the process. We couldn't have done it without her. Beth is not a "pushy" realtor- she's casual and has a friendly demeanor and she never talked down to us. Even with all of our questions, she always answered them with her expertise and friendliness. Beth was great to work with and showed us houses in a very timely manner. Since the houses were selling very quickly in the neighborhood we wanted she worked fast to show us the house a couple hours after it was listed, had our offer finished by the next morning, and the offer was accepted by that afternoon. Beth was also so thoughtful and personable, leaving gifts for us as it was our first home purchase. We were very pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to use Beth as our agent again in the future!
