I found Beth when I was helping my elderly parents sell their house in Grand Prairie, TX. I went online to look for agents that had successfully sold homes in the same area and found she sold 3 homes on the same street or adjacent to the street where my parent lived. From the very beginning, she was wonderful to work with and more than exceeded our expectations. She knew the local real estate market and her estimate was spot on. We received 8 offers in less than a week. She provided impeccable recommendations when I asked to get the house ready for the market from the company to help sell 30 years' worth of possessions to cleaning services to repair/maintenance staff. During the negotiation process, she offered invaluable advice providing pros and cons of each step. She truly became though our strongest advocate once we made our decisions. Extremely responsive, I answers to my text questions almost immediately throughout the process. But her 10 star service (out of a 5 star rating!) goes well beyond that. I am out of state so only had limited time in Texas during the whole process. She and her husband personally helped me with so many other things that I could not have done myself. For example, they helped move heavy furniture down a flight of stairs, helped load up a truck with bulky items to take to the dump, cleared the yard of debris and leaves after a heavy thunderstorm, and brought documents and a notary to the hotel where my parents stayed for signing. Now that's true dedication!! I really valued her great judgment, intuition, ethics, honesty, and straight forward approach. I highly, highly recommend Beth to anyone who is looking to sell.

Beth was great to work with. I'm sure we wore her out since we lived so far from the property we were selling! She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We loved that she was always available, any time of the day or night! I will highly recommend her.

She is AWESOME!!!!! We love her. We recommend her to anyone we know that is buying or selling. Our best friends are now buying their house with her now and closing June 1st! She is patient, kind, caring, honest, and quick on the draw! She will take you to a million houses to see… even when she doesn't think you will like it. Sometimes some of us, me, need to see it in person because pictures do no justice. Her & her husband are great people. I am proud to call them our new friends.
