I have known Beth for a long time. She helped us find a home 30 years ago. And just recently she helped me sell that home and buy a new one. I had forgotten how much was involved in selling and buying a home. She spent many hours coming to my home to talk about the Real Estate process and all the changes that had occured over the years. Her group came to my home to help me with stagging by using items I already had. I didn't realize my home could look so amazing! We discussed areas that I was interested in and things I wanted the home to already have...the search was on. She knew the market and areas so well. We were constantly in touch with each other about homes on the market and she knew we had to move fast. She called me one day and said "where are you" there's a house that was just listed that's perfect for you and we needed to go see it right then...and we did...that was the home I ended up buying. :)

The best recommendation a buyer/seller can offer is to be a repeat customer. Beth sold us our home in Ashland, Virginia in 2013. We loved the place until in our early 80's it became necessary to downsize. We were so impressed with her guidance in 2013, that, without hesitation, we asked her to help sell that beloved home in 2024, AND to find us our new waterfront home. Again, she did not disappoint. We couldn't be happier in our new home.
