This was my second time working with Beth as my realtor. She is nothing but professional, understanding and strong. She fought for me as i tried to buy a house in the craziest market. People were buying houses in cash, 50k or more over asking and with no inspection. My husband and I joined my kids in a house-buying adventure that seemed near impossible, and Beth Goddard was our realtor. This was in the crazy seller's market of 2021, but we were on the buying end of the equation.
