Extremely knowledgeable and helpful ... tolerant of difficult seller situations and helpful in their mitigation ... respectful of seller constraints and desires ... always attuned to providing appropriate information and guidance ... provided good staging recommendations and helpful in getting staging done ... provided excellent visual presentation on website ... very tolerant in adjusting to surprises and restraints ... worked efficiently through an offer that could not close and through an offer that got through closing and sale ... well worth 17 stars if were possible.

Beth was very accommodating and considerate with respect to the ideas we had about how to sell the house even though they were very unusual. It must have been difficult to follow some of our requests but she did with grace, and it worked out.

We were looking to move to the Greenville area from Columbia . Prior to us coming up she took the time to organize the homes for us to see. She gave us advice. Helped us get inspections done and answered any questions. She helped us make our move smooth and still answers questions we have about the area.
