From two past clients that bought and sold during the 2020 Pandemic: I’ve been told by some that I’m difficult to work with as I have very high expectations. And I won’t deny the fact that I hold people to high standards. So despite being stuck with me, as my wife and her have been friends for years, Beth did an incredible job. With virtually no updating or remodeling to showcase our condo, we sold for very nearly the highest of any unit ever in our complex. And she also helped us with purchase our dream home, which wasn’t entirely easy as we had some very specific criteria and lower than average market inventory to work with. She’s a hands-on professional who took care of us at every turn and we couldn’t have asked for more.
