She also never made me feel pressured to buy something that I wasn’t excited about. I really appreciate that because I need time to mull things over, especially big decisions! I probably looked at about 10 houses with her and she stuck with me and was patient with me! She gave me great advice about the whole process and any situations that arose. Being newbies and part time residents of Reno, we had no idea of whom to choose to sell our home. So, after considerable time reading reviews of others, we narrowed our search down to three realtors, Beth being one of our choices. We had some correspondence via email with all three. Because we were out of town, we decided “face to face” interviews via Zoom with all three would be best. We hit it off with Beth almost immediately! We felt very comfortable discussing our property in terms of wanting to be involved in the process, as well as how communication, follow through, the escrow/lending process and other things would be handled. After our meeting, Beth sent an impressive (overnight!) binder that covered every aspect from listing to close of escrow. We easily chose Beth over the others! She put together the MLS listing description of our property which highlighted everything we thought would be important to the right buyer of our home. Within one day we had multiple offers way over asking price! After choosing an offer, there were some bumps in the road as escrow proceeded, but Beth was on top of problems immediately to keep the sale moving forward. We couldn’t be any happier how things turned out! We would recommend Beth 100%! She’s one you’d want on your team, whether you are selling or buying!
