With a people-loving personality and a passion for real estate, Beth Conover has found her true calling as Realtor since 2004. Today she serves the Wake, Johnston and Wilson Counties of North Carolina, with the vast majority of her business consisting of repeat clients and referrals. By focusing on building relationships with her buyers and sellers, and going above and beyond expectations. "I enjoy the process and walking clients through every part of the transaction." Beth listens intently to their needs and helps them accomplish their goals. One way she does this is by implementing tough marketing strategies. "I have professional photographs taken of each listing, in addition to virtual tours. And I really listen to buyers how they live when trying to narrow down a location to search for a home." Beth treats her clients as part of the family, staying in touch through phone calls, texts, personal notes, and client parties long after the transaction is complete. After the transaction, clients love to leave glowing reviews about their time together. One recently said "I moved from out of state and had no knowledge of the area, I also had very little free time. From the very start Beth was friendly and professional, she adjusted her schedule to better work with mine. Beth had all the answers to my questions and I felt very comfortable and confident through the whole experience. Beth was a step ahead of the whole process, letting me know what needed to be done next. I honestly have no complaints, this was a huge move for my family and I am so happy that I was lucky enough to work with Beth." When Beth isn't working, she's staying active in community activities and Relay for Life. "My family and I have been greatly affected by cancer, I'm a breast cancer survivor, so I would love to see all cancers eradicated." Beth loves her home state of North Carolina and vacations from the mountains to the coast many times throughout the year. She hopes to help more people achieve their real estate dreams and call her area of North Carolina home.
