After a prior listing expired with no sale, Beth paid us a call. We were impressed with her intensity, friendliness and confidence in getting results. After listing we were extremely pleased with her positioning, staging, and photography that were so well done that we wondered why we were moving. But we were committed to downsizing to a more condo-type situation and the house sold pretty quickly within the range we were anticipating.

I can't say enough about Beth and Jeff! The housing market for a buyer right now is tough. I needed a home for myself and my son, and they found me something temporary while helping me find something permanent. We looked for a while and when I was discouraged, Beth would tell me that my home was out there. They were available to look at the houses I wanted to see. I relied on them and trusted them. In the end, Beth was right! I found the perfect home for me at the right time. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone I know who is selling or buying a home. I have sold a few houses and can confidently say that it has been the best experience using Beth to help me and my mom sell her house. I can’t say enough good things about her. In a word, Beth Clapper is fantastic!! She answers each & every text, phone call & email promptly, graciously, & professionally. She took me through many house viewings and never pushed me into buying anything until I was sure that I was absolutely in love with it. When that time came, she helped me through the paperwork and gave me great contacts for the title company and the inspection. She skillfully negotiated with the seller's realtor for a good price (below asking price!) and $500 for the Home Warranty Insurance, in which I have already used 20% for a locksmith. When it was time to sell my place, it sold in one day, $12,500 above my asking price! Plus, Beth only takes a 6% realtor's commission, not the common 7%. Need I say more? Yes, I can! She has given me great references for handymen and tradesmen. She and her husband, Jeff, have helped me in moving (lending me storage tubs, buying me pizza & cookies, arranging to fix a minor plumbing need) and they are the most patient & kind team you could ever hope to have on your side. With Beth & Jeff, you will have the BEST people helping you through the grind of moving. They truly made me feel as relaxed & comfortable as possible.
