Beth was great! We had 5 contracts on this home before we were able to sell it. She worked hard to help us get the most money for the home which was an estate sale. Beth is very conscientious and provides great customer service responding quickly to every request and question. I definitely felt the Personal Touch!

Beth is awesome! She stuck by my side for over a year searching for homes that met my criteria. She sticks to her companies name "PERSONAL" We must of seen 35+ homes. She dealt with all my emotions in the search with being out bided, contracts fallen through and anything else of the sort. Her husband usually comes along if he has the time and is very knowledgeable of construction. He will pinpoint things that may not pass code or problems wrong with foundations where me as a buyer wouldn't know until its pointed out or pay a home inspector for it. He'll usually go straight to the basement I noticed to look at electrical, those stupid cylinder block walls, HVAC etc... It gotten to the point where if something came up I liked and was a diamond in the rough we'd end up being the first ones there to put a offer in. She's very responsive and was about 40min away from the town I wanted to be in. She also set me up with Stearns lending (Mike and Mark are great) and set me up an attorney. If I had the money I'd leave her a hefty gratuity because she deserves it!
