We came to Beth on very short notice - my wife and I were looking at open houses and found one we fell in love with instantly. The next day was the offer deadline, so we got a hold of Beth and she made sure the entire process went smoothly. She walked us through the process and made sure everything got in on time, even getting up extra early to field a phone call with us in order to talk through the offer price before I started my work day. My wife and I lived nearly two hours away from the home we purchased, but Beth made sure the entire process went well. She set up inspections, was there when we couldn't be, and kept us in the loop on everything (including things she had no control over). Everything was very easy and stress-free (as stress-free as possible, anyway!) throughout escrow. Even now, after we've closed, she's still being super helpful and has sent us links/phone numbers to get accounts set up that we will need and brought as an amazing "Welcome Home" basket. We could not have been more lucky to find Beth on such short notice and I could not recommend her more highly!
