Beth is great! Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic selling process with 4 grown siblings seem simple. When in reality we know it was sometimes very taxing but her expertise, knowledge and calm demeanor helped guide us through the whole process from beginning to end. It was not a normal property and house to sale, Beth took the time to do the research required was able to answer all questions from other agents showing the property. Best part it was listed and sold in a very timely manner. Couldn’t be happier using Beth as our agent.
