We first met Beth (and Donny) Brake years ago, when Donny was coaching my son in football. Since that time, Beth has patiently and consistently checked in with us, with just the right amount of touch to let us know she was there if we ever needed a realtor. In the fall of 2021 we decided to relocate out of state and called Beth without hesitation. Net result: We couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience of selling our home. At every point, Beth had (or would quickly get) any answer we needed, so we handed her the controls pretty early on and did what she said to do. In the end, her recommendations were spot-on, her ideas always moved us forward at just the right pace, and her plans were the right plans to execute. That being said, Beth was also very respectful, empathetic, and professional at the times we didn't go with her rec's and got out in choppy water. In the end, everything came together positively and we received well over our asking price. For that we credit Beth Brake entirely !!! We moved quickly on a new inventory townhome and she came with us for our inspection, came to our walk-through orientation with the builder marking up blue tape and green tape and works morning, noon, night, and into the wee hours if needed. We did all of this in a two-month timeframe! She was so great I was able to refer her to someone and they got an offer too in less than a week of their home being listed. Beth and her team are fabulous to work with! I'd refer her to everyone I know looking to sell their current home and look for a new one.
