Beth Anne absolutely crushed it for me. Provided me with a list of prospective homes well with in my affordability, was always ready to get out there and check properties out and always got back to me with information for questions I had about properties I was interested in fast. Throughout the contracting process she explained everything thoroughly and clearly that I rarely had a question she didn’t already answer. Paperwork was submitted quickly and she went to bat for me to make sure every bit of the process was in my favor. I never had any doubts about anything she told me. I never thought I’d be able to buy a home but she kept the stoke high, went above and beyond and delivered every step of the way. From search, contract to close it was under a month. What an outstanding experience buying my home ended up being!
