Beth Ann helped the reviewer sell this property

Good experience, but took a long time…

Beth was great to work with. She is a good listener, and was very responsive to all my questions and suggestions I made. She stayed in touch regularly. Her photographer did a decent job, though I would have liked to have had more time to prep my house before the initial photos for MLS were taken. We tried multiple strategies to finally get the house sold, in a very tough buyers market and less than optimal location for many buyers. I have recommended her to several of my friends when they put their homes on the market.
