I highly recommend Beth Ann Mott and her associate Wendy Atkinson when selling and/ or buying a home. I needed to downsize and find a home closer to my niece. Wendy and I discussed the downsizing process and which furniture might work best in a smaller home. I also wanted to use a reverse mortgage to purchase my new home. Wendy explained the reverse mortgage process and put me in touch with a broker. Beth Ann listed my home over a weekend and we had several offers on Sunday. Beth Ann provided a spreadsheet with pros and cons of the offers and I chose an offer that afternoon. The next week Wendy began showing me homes. She showed me many homes over the next weeks. We discussed the floorplans and price and what would work best for me. After closing on my former home Beth Ann worked quickly on the closing for my new home. They were always willing to explain and clarify any questions. I am very happy with my new home and the selling and buying experience I had with Beth Ann and Wendy.
