Did your agent work with you for 3 months in a row, just to find the perfect home that you would be blown away at first sight?Did your agent prepare showings EVERY Saturday plus random trips upon short notice for a consecutive 3 month search period, tied exactly to your parameters? Did your agent provide candid advice and tell you "this is a good buy" or "no" or "sleep on it", without rushing you to close a deal?Did your agent offer competitive market analysis, renovation support in and out of the entire home buying process and always pull you from your rabbit hole to keep the search going until the RIGHT one showed up?I wouldn't know. But I would love everyone to know that my agent, Chris, did all the above.I actually feel bad for him for working with me :) in the covid year, and in the years to come.
