She connected with us before our move to Huntersville to learn what types of homes we were looking for as well as information about new development construction. She always kept us informed and called as soon as she was aware of a home in the community we have been interested in for many years was being relisted - same model as well. Beth arranged for us to tour the home that day, coordinated an offer that was accepted next day. She was always available to answer our questions, recommended a flooring contractor and met with us at the home on several occasions. She was helpful in recommending an in-town attorney which was great since we are new to the area.
