Beth helped the reviewer sell this property

Dependable, Thorough, and Hard Working

We chose Beth as our agent primarily because of the positive experience we had with her in buying the house several years before. She maintained that same level of performance. Beth put a lot of work into completing the market analysis and helping to set a sales price in a challenging and changing market. She also put good work into staging and helping maintain the house in good showing condition. Her approach to working with us was just the right balance of providing good advice but leaving decisions to us. She was responsive and available when needed.
