Hands down the best! I had found a home I liked and reached out to Bess to represent me in purchasing it. She was very thorough in researching the home and checking its listing price against comparables. She was always checking in with me and very responsive. I never had to wait for a reply. She helped me come up with an initial offer, which we had to keep adjusting as other offers were being made. She was very honest through the whole process and kept my interests and those of the seller in mind. Bess not only showcased her expertise as a realtor, knowledgeable of every step of the process and keeping me one step ahead the whole time, but she clearly understood my personal needs in this significant, life-changing decision, as well.
