An outstanding experience, beyond what I expected

Bess helped us sell our Portland home and buy in Eugene right when the interest rates started to climb. I had no idea what an emotional experience it would be to sell our family home. Bess demonstrated amazing skills in managing emotions and expectations while also keeping us informed about the sale and purchase. While shopping for homes in Eugene Bess had an intuitive sense of what to show us. We purchased a home in Eugene quickly and in a tight market. Bess gets all the credit as she was able to see the multiple factors we were dealing with and had the skills to support us through it all. We love, love our new home. I'm a big fan of Bess and her skills and we will be back when we need her again!
