Bertha worked hard to get this sold. She never gave up. It took some time because this is a Coop and Board approval is needed for each buyer, but Bertha never gave up. Multiple contracts were signed and the Board denied some, but Bertha kept going. If you have a home for sale or want one to buy I would recommend Bertha.
