Bert helped me with my home purchase in San Antonio. He is extremely resourceful and knowledgeable about San Antonio housing market and its various neighborhoods. He helped me get out of a purchase contract once inspection found issues with the house. With his help, we right away found even a better deal on a different house that we finally purchased. In general, most of the deals are uneventful but when they are not, you need someone like Bert to help you out navigating all unpleasant issues. I'd highly recommend Bert for any kind of real estate transactions. He is always there to answer questions or working to move things forward. With his help we closed our home in less than 3 weeks.
